*Membership*
* Membership is open to all registered nurses in good standing with the State of New York
* Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times
*Participation*
* Participation in Honor Guard events is voluntary
* Members are expected to attend scheduled events unless otherwise excused
*Conduct*
* Members are expected to adhere to the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics
* No member shall engage in conduct that brings discredit to the NYC Nurses Honor Guard
*Confidentiality*
* Members may have access to confidential information; confidentiality must be maintained at all times
*Liability*
* The NYC Nurses Honor Guard shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained by members during events
*Governing Law*
* These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York
*Entire Agreement*
* These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the NYC Nurses Honor Guard and its members
